Varsity College Waterfall and its VC Cares team put together a special day just for the ladies on campus this August. Ladies were pampered to a variety of treatments, tasty confections, good music and the opportunity to capture the memory, It is important to value the woman on campus to empower and encourage our young female future leaders.
Various booths which included a hand massage station where ladies could have special oils applied in a unique “hands on” experience provided by VC Cares were set up in the piazza. The station which followed was specifically for nail art where the girls had funky colours and designs painted.
All this pampering encouraged the ladies’ “sweet tooth” and the Varsity College Waterfall team made sure that a treat booth was the next stop on the itinerary. This table played host to an array of luminescent coloured cupcakes that ladies could decorate to their hearts content using an assortment of toppings provided.
Gomolemo Gil, the Varsity College Waterfall Junior Human Recourses and VC Cares Member said; “ The woman on campus found this event to be a welcome surprise and made all who attend feel special and appreciated’.
The final leg on this indulgent journey was a nifty photo booth with outrageous props where the ladies had professional photos snapped and posted on to social media, capturing this special day for all their friends to see.
