At The IIE Varsity College Open Day, there are plenty of reasons to stop by. Whether you’re interested in studying teaching, accounting, or even The IIE’s Bachelor of Arts Honours in Communication degree, here’s why you shouldn’t miss it.
IT PAYS TO START EARLY
We’re firm believers in starting early. This is particularly true when it comes to your tertiary education. Firstly, you need to know what it is you’d like to study and what requirements you’ll need to meet, to be accepted. You’ll also need to apply and register ahead of time to secure your place, particularly for the degrees that are popular with students like The IIE Bachelor of Commerce (BCom).
YOU COULD WIN A BURSARY
We’re offering every student across the country a chance to win a bursary to study at Varsity College. Each of our eight campuses nationwide will be giving away one bursary to a lucky student who visits our Open Day on 27 May 2017.
CHECK OUT OUR FACILITIES
We’d love nothing more than for our students to feel at home. Our Open Day provides the perfect opportunity to take a closer look at each campus and its facilities. This makes for a less awkward first week when you start studying at VC. You’ll also find out about cool offerings that are unique to Varsity College, like our Career Centre, sports and social offerings.
MEET THE VC FAMILY
From our lecturers to our student advisors and Programme Champions, you’ll be able to chat to the people who make VC an awesome place to learn and grow. Even if you come to our Open Day, we still recommend that you schedule an interview with our student advisors. That way, we’ll be able to get to know you a little better and help you match your abilities and interests with the right programme.
LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR ROOTS
Our Open Day is the perfect chance to learn more about Varsity College, a proud brand of The Independent Institute of Education (The IIE). For the record, The IIE is the largest and most accredited private higher education institution in South Africa.
We can’t wait to meet you at our Open Day, at your closest campus, on 27 May from 9am-1pm! For more information, call a campus near you today.
