Varsity College Cape Town, in partnership with the Muscular Dystrophy foundation, are proud financial sponsors of Tamlyn Bock, star student at Athlone School for the Blind. The funds handed over by Varsity College principal Alan Bird, will cover her hostel accommodation, allowing her to continue to attend and excel as a students at Athlone School for the Blind, which is equipped to facilitate her wheelchair bound condition. Tamlyn is a top student at Athlone School for the Blind. Varsity College is proud to be able to assist her studies and maintain a longstanding friendship with such an independent young woman, with a bright future ahead.
