Princess Party

Varsity College and The Twelve Apostles Hotel hosted a 'Princess Party' for a group of sixteen young girls from The Desmond Tutu Foundation in Gugulethu recently. The foundation's activities include HIV prevention, treatment, and training as well as tuberculosis screening and management among some of the most vulnerable communities of the Western Cape.
On arrival at Varsity College, the special group of young girls were treated to a pamper session by mobile manicurists FoxBox and a makeover by VC Cares students. After their magical manicures, the ‘princesses’ were transported in style by Royal Limousines to The Twelve Apostles Hotel , where they were treated to their signature “Tea by the Sea”. During the extraordinary tea, guest of honour, Miss South Africa Rolene Strauss addressed the girls, encouraging them to always follow their dreams
