Each Varsity College campus recently held their annual Careers Fair. Over 130 companies participated in the event nationally. This is an opportunity for students to meet with prospective employers and to better understand what job opportunities there are in their field of study. It also allows employers to meet with top talent and to engage with graduates in a meaningful way.
A variety of exhibitors that provide students with an opportunity to begin a conversation with small, medium and large companies and those who offer internships, temp work or full time opportunities or who are recruiters themselves were present at the fairs. Example of exhibitors included Capitec; Toys R Us; Mr Price, Talent Window; Pentravel and Toyota.
