With 32 lecture rooms, which include 11 new ones, the campus can accommodate an intake of 4 000 students in total. The lecture rooms are designed to facilitate progressive and blended learning under the academic guidance of highly qualified lecturers (most of them remain active in their field of expertise). This blended learning approach is a dynamic, two-way exchange during which students are encouraged to engage, relate and develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills – the most sought-after skills employers are looking for.
The 438m2 state-of-the-art Info-Hub (Library) has doubled in size in terms of study area. It includes a writing centre, discussion room, quiet research/study area, and is equipped with additional computer workstations and improved Wi-Fi coverage. The Info-Hub is all about user-friendly services (connecting people to the information they need). This supportive space contributes to the knowledge and skills that will help students thrive in their own future.
The new canteen is spacious and student friendly, making it the perfect place for students to fist bump, rub shoulders and connect with their peers and friends between lectures – conducive to leading a balanced student life. A pergola overlooking the new campus garden creates the perfect undercover outdoor social space for students to chill.
